CALL FOR SHORT-TERM TRAINING PROGRAM

In partnership with Chancen International, Easy and Possible Organization (EPO) is pleased to inform young men and women aged 18–35 years that registration is now open for vocational training programs at its training center ISANO VTC, through the Income Share Agreement (ISA) financial model of Chancen International.

Under this program, students’ tuition fees are covered by Chancen during studies. After completing their studies and securing employment or starting their own income-generating activity, graduates begin to repay a small percentage of their income for a defined period, in accordance with the Income Share Agreement.

These programs aim to support young people in developing employable competencies, launching self-employment initiatives, and building sustainable career pathways in the fields of technology, digital media, and creative industries.

Training Programs Offered

1. Photography & Videography:

• Digital photography.
• Camera handling and lighting techniques.
• Video production and editing.
• Content creation for media and social platforms.
• Other related digital productivity and professional tips.

2. Digital Skills & Multimedia

• Computer literacy.
• Basic graphic design.
• Multimedia content creation.
• Online communication tools and digital marketing.
• Online services and platforms.
• Social media management and content strategy.
• Digital branding and visibility.
• Other related digital productivity and professional tips

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to Rwandan youth and learners interested in developing practical digital and media skills. The priority will be given to:

• Young people seeking employment or self-employment opportunities.
• Students and school leavers interested in creative and digital careers.
• Vulnerable youth and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
• Applicants must have at least completed Secondary School or University

Tuition Support Opportunity (New)

Students needing financial support can benefit from Chancen International’s Income Share Agreement (ISA). Registration at ISANO VTC / EPO is FREE. The training runs for 9 months. Admitted students will have their profiles shared with Chancen International and will complete ISA procedures, including a meeting with guardians to review and sign the agreement. This ensures education is affordable, accessible, and sustainable.

Application Requirements

Applicants must submit:

• A brief motivation letter or email expressing interest in the program.
• A copy of National ID or Student ID (if available).
• Copies of education certificates and/or diplomas (Secondary School certificate or University degree

Training Venue: ISANO Vocational Training Center (VTC), Amahoro, Gisenyi, Rubavu District, Western Province, Rwanda.
