TENDER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested candidates wishing to express their interests must provide the following:

Valid business registration certificate
Valid VAT certificate for private companies
RRA Tax clearance certificate
RSSB clearance certificate
Experience in supplying hotel-grade linens (proven by at least three good completion certificates stamped and signed for similar work)
Linens samples to be provided by interested bidders
Delivery timeline to be agreed upon
Warranty details where applicable
