ADDENDUM TO TENDER NOTICE FOR THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM

Extension of Tender Submission Deadline

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) wishes to inform all prospective vendors that the deadline for the submission of bids for the tender for the development of the National Integrated Laboratory Information System, that was advertised on Job in Rwanda, has been extended.

The new deadline for submission is:
Sunday, 06 July 2025, before 05:00 PM (Kigali local time) and bids should be submitted to this email address rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.orgwith “Consultancy Services for National NLIS” in the subject line.

All interested service providers are advised to take note of this extension and ensure that their bids are submitted by the revised deadline.

For reference and further guidance, please find attached the following documents:

  1. All responses to requests for clarifications received before the clarification deadline
  2. The original Terms of Reference (ToRs) and requirements for the development of the National Integrated Laboratory Information System

These documents form an integral part of the tender and should be reviewed carefully when preparing your submission.

Please note that all other information contained in the initial tender notice remains unchanged. No further requests for clarification will be accepted.
