Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and socially confident Travel Consultant to join our team in Kigali. The ideal candidate will have a formal education in Tourism or Hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting travel experiences to an international audience — both in person and online.
You will be responsible for designing tour circuits in Rwanda, managing client relationships, and enhancing our online visibility through social media. You may also represent the company at tourism fairs and international networking events.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop attractive and authentic travel itineraries within Rwanda
• Coordinate with local partners and service providers to organize trips
• Promote and sell tours to international clients
• Respond to inquiries by email, phone, and face-to-face
• Represent the company at tourism fairs and professional events
• Create and manage content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and contribute to our communication strategy
• Help build a strong brand presence online through storytelling, visuals, and customer engagement

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management( Mandatory ) 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Social, confident, and professional presentation
• Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Ability to interact effectively with international clients
• Passion for Rwandan tourism and local culture
