The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) invites qualified consultancy firms to submit proposals to provide technical assistance to MFIs and SACCOs in facilitating access to finance for youth and women operating in the agriculture, tourism, and hospitality sectors.

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during official working days and hours, or by requesting them via email at info@amir.org.rw, starting 16 January 2026.

The ToRs will be issued upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) deposited to the following account:

Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically to info@amir.org.rw no later than 4:00 PM (Kigali time) on 04 February 2026.
