The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) is seeking Individual Consultants to submit proposals for a consultancy to Assess the liquidity capability of MFIs and SACCOs.

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during working days and hours, or by requesting them via email to info@amir.org.rw, starting 16th January 2026. The ToRs will be provided upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) to the AMIR account at Bank of Kigali:

Completed tender documents must be submitted via email to info@amir.org.rw

no later than 4:00 PM (Kigali time) on 04th February 2026.
