CONSULTANCY SERVICES FORFACILITATOR TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SHORT ONE HEALTH COURSE: RWANDA FACILITATOR AND ONE HEALTH EXPERT:

The Capacitating One Health in Eastern and Southern Africa (COHESA) initiative in Rwanda aims to strengthen One Health capacity by developing a short course on Crosscutting One Health Competencies. This course will integrate multidisciplinary approaches to address One Health challenges and foster collaboration across human, animal, and environmental health sectors, ensuring alignment with both international standards and local contexts.

The initiative will be co-implemented with the COHESA team in Zambia, which will also develop a similar course tailored to the Zambian context. The two teams will work together to harmonize and align the core themes and content of the courses.

In line with this objective, we are inviting applications for an experienced Facilitator/Consultant to support the development of the One Health short course. All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than 12:00 AM Kigali time on June 17th, 2025. 

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Submitted in PDF format and Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.

The results of the public opening session will be available in the eProcurement system starting on June 15th,2025.
