Procurement of FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall Solution
INKUNGA Finance Plc invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit bids for the Procurement, Implementation, and Support of a FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) Solution.
The project aims to enhance network security, ensure high availability, support dual Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and enable secure VPN access for internal and remote users in line with industry best practices for financial institutions.
Scope at a Glance
- Supply and deployment of FortiGate NGFW (or latest equivalent)
- Unified Threat Protection (UTP) services
- Dual ISP connectivity with failover and/or load balancing
- Secure VPN access
- Optional High Availability (HA), centralized logging, and centralized management
- Vendor-supported implementation, training, and post-deployment support
Eligibility
- Authorized Fortinet Partners
- Proven experience in implementing firewall solutions in financial or regulated environments
- Availability of certified engineers (Fortinet NSE or equivalent)
Access to Tender Documents
The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) will be available only upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (30,000 RWF) deposited to ACCOUNT No: 00087-00367765-54 INKUNGA Finance Plc account opened at Bank of Kigali.
