JOB VACANCY
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL –TIME
SALARY: Negotiable
We are looking a skilled and motivated COFFEE MACHINES TECHNICIAN to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installation, Maintenance, and repair of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and set up coffee machines at client site.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of Machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical support and training to clients on machine usage.
- Keep accurate records of services, repairs, replace and spare parts used.
- Offer technical advice and respond to service requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Follow safety standards during installation and repair
- Report recurring issues to management for preventive solution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experiences 1-3 years in Repairing and Maintenance coffee machines or similar equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, plumbing basics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly
- Good communication skills in English, Kinyarwanda and French is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for service calls across Rwanda.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and customer services orientation.
