Job Advertisement: Taxi Driver

We are hiring reliable and professional taxi drivers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will prioritize passenger safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Meet the company’s performance requirements.
- Adhere to all Rwandan traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers.
- Ensure the taxi is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Category B driving license.
- Previous driving experience of at least 3 years as a taxi driver.
- Strong communication skills in Kinyarwanda and English (mandatory);
- Clean driving record with no preventable accidents or unresolved traffic fines.
Additional Information:
Successful candidates will be required to submit a refundable caution fee of RWF 200,000. This amount will be fully refunded upon exit, provided there are no outstanding debts or liabilities.
