Dear Sir/Madam,

Old Mutual Insurance Rwanda Plc (OMIR) invites qualified supplier, to submit the competitive documents for Supply and Installation of Sewoo POS Printer USB To OLDMUTUAL, for submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable Rwandan francs (15,000Rwf) to the Account No: 100008068571 Opened in BK and 008530 MOMO pay under Old mutual insurance.

Scope of Work

The selected firm will:

1. Supplying and Installation of Sewoo POS
2. Visiting the Old mutual to see how Current one works and specification verification and confirmation.
3. Delivering to the destination as mentioned above

Submission Requirements

1. Administration Proposal:

• RDB
• Company profile
• Tax clearance (RRA)
• Proof of using EBM
• Bank details
• The Company’s Ultimate Beneficiaries Owners (UBOs) or Board Members of the company

2. Financial Proposal:

• Breakdown of costs and payment
