REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST-SUPPLY OF SCHOOL UNIFORM

1. Background

Pharo Foundation Rwanda invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the School Uniform. We are located at Kimihurura. The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable suppliers who may be shortlisted for future procurement processes, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Tenders.
2. Scope of Supply
The scope includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following items:
- School shirts and blouses
- Trousers, skirts, and shorts
- Dresses and sweaters/jumpers
- School blazers and jackets
- Sportswear and physical education uniforms
- School badges and embroidery services
3. Evaluation and Shortlisting
Only contractors who meet the below minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement stages. These requirements are;
- Valid RDB Certificate
- Valid tax compliance certificate
- Proven experience in tailoring or supplying school uniforms
- Ability to meet required fabric, sizing, and quality standards
- Capacity to deliver uniforms within agreed timelines
4. Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following information:

- Company profile
- RDB Certificate
- Valid tax clearing Certificate (TCC)
- Products list or catalogue
- Proven experience in tailoring or supplying school uniforms (with 5 references or completion certificate)
- Application letter addressed to the Procurement Committee
- CIT (Corporate Income Tax) 2024
- Samples or photos of similar uniforms previously supplied
- All documents should be combined in one PDF Document and be submitted to the indicated email address
5. Submission Instructions
Expressions of Interest should be submitted on or before 26th January 2026 at 2pm
through Email: rwandaprocurement@pharofoundation.organd clearly marked: “Expression of Interest – Supply of School Uniform”. Please note that late submissions will not be considered.
