1. Background

Pharo Foundation Rwanda invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the school’s dry food located at Kimihurura. The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable suppliers who may be shortlisted for future procurement processes, including a Quotation (RFQ) or Tenders.
2. Scope of Supply
The scope includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following items:

3. Minimum Requirements
Only contractors who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement stages. The minimum requirements are.
- Valid RDB certificate
- Valid tax compliance certificate
- Experience in supplying dry food items to institutions, NGOs, or similar organizations
- Ability to meet quality, packaging, and food safety standards
- Capacity to deliver within the agreed timelines
4. Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following information:

- Company profile
- RDB Certificate
- Valid tax clearing Certificate (TCC)
- Products list or catalogue
- List of 4 similar organizations served (with references or completion certificate)
- Application letter addressed to the Procurement Committee
- CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Declaration 2024
- All documents should be combined in one PDF Document and be submitted to the
indicated email address
5. Submission Instructions
Expressions of Interest should be submitted on or before 26th January 2026 at 2 pm
through Email: rwandaprocurement@pharofoundation.org and clearly marked: “Expression of Interest – Supply of School Dry Food”. Please note that the late submission will not be considered.
