REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST– SUPPLY OF SCHOOL AND OFFICE STATIONERY

1. Background

Pharo Foundation Rwanda invites qualified and interested suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the School and Office Stationery located at Kimihurura. The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable suppliers who may be shortlisted for future procurement processes, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Tenders.
2. Scope of Supply
The scope includes, but is not limited to, the supply of the following items:
- Writing materials (pens, pencils, markers, chalk, etc.)
- Paper products (Manilla paper, A4 paper, exercise books, notebooks, envelopes, flip charts)
- Filing and organization materials (files, folders, binders, box files)
- Office desk supplies (staplers, punches, tape, scissors, rulers)
- Printing and photocopy consumables (toners, cartridges)
- Classroom stationery and teaching aids
Suppliers may apply for all or selected categories
3. Evaluation and Shortlisting
Only contractors who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement stages. The minimum requirements are
- Valid business registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Proven experience in supplying school and/or office stationery
- Capacity to supply quality products in a timely manner
4. Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following information:

- Company profile
- RDB Certificate
- Valid tax clearing Certificate (TCC)
- Products list or catalogue
- List of 5 similar organizations served (with references or completion certificate)
- Application letter addressed to the Procurement Committee
- CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Declaration 2024

All documents should be combined in one PDF Document and be submitted to the indicated email address
5. Submission Instructions
Expressions of Interest should be submitted on or before 26th January 2026 at 2pm through Email: rwandaprocurement@pharofoundation.organd clearly marked: “Expression of Interest – Supply of School and Office Stationery”. Please note that the late submissions will not be considered.
