1. Background

Pharo Foundation Rwanda invites qualified and interested contractors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Maintenance of printers, laptops and Projectors for its office and school located at Kimihurura. The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable suppliers who may be shortlisted for future procurement processes, including Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Tenders.
2.Scope of Services
The scope of services may include, but is not limited to:
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of laptops
- Diagnosis and repair of hardware and software issues
- Maintenance and repair of printers and related peripherals
- Replacement of faulty parts
- On-site and off-site technical support
- Routine servicing and performance checks
3. Eligibility Requirements
Only contractors who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for shortlisting and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement stages.
- Valid RDB Certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Proven experience in IT and office equipment maintenance
- Availability of qualified technical personnel
- Ability to provide timely response and support
4. Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers are requested to submit the following information:

- Company profile
- RDB Certificate
- Valid tax clearing Certificate (TCC)
- Experience in supplying similar cleaning materials (five (5) Recommendation letters or Completion Certificates)
- Product list or catalogue
- Application letter addressed to the Procurement Committee
- CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Declaration 2024
- All documents should be combined in one PDF Document and be submitted to the
indicated email address
5. Submission Instructions
Expressions of Interest should be submitted by email on or before 26th January 2026 at 2pm clearly marked ‘Expression of interest (EOI)-Maintenance of laptops, printers and projectors’ through
the Email: rwandaprocurement@pharofoundation.org
Please note that late submissions will not be considered.
