Well detailed two offers (i.e. Technical offer and financial offer) which shall have to be enclosed in two different envelopes each marked as “Technical offer” and another one as “Financial offer” presented in three copies one as the “ORIGINAL” and other marked as “COPY” shall be presented to Director General of Muganga SACCO, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Sonatube, KK 15 Road, Telephone: + (250) 0788 124 500, not later than 28/05/2025 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in MUGANGA SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected.
