FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda operates in Rulindo, Ruhango, Muhanga, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Ngororero and Karongi districts. Our Head Office is located at Umuyenzi Plazza, 2nd Floor, Kisimenti – Remera-Kigali. 

FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is a legally registered non-governmental organization operating in Rwanda in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The organization seeks to engage a licensed banking institution to provide reliable, compliant, and cost-effective banking services to support its programmatic and operational activities. These Terms of Reference define the scope, responsibilities, service standards, and eligibility requirements for the selected banking institution. Tender No: 003/01/FY26.

Interested and qualified banks meeting the criteria in ToR should submit their Technical and Financial proposal to Email: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org by Thursday, 5th February 2026 at 10:30 am local time - with the subject line “CALL FOR OFFER TO PROVIDE BANKING SERVICES”. Application received after time will not be considered.

FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate.
