New Precision Co. Ltd. is a private company located at Ruyenzi, Runda, Kamonyi Ditrict whose mission is to engage in manufacturing. The company is currently seeking to recruit 

Position: Beverage Factory Machine Operators

Purpose of the Role:

To operate, monitor, and maintain assigned machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient and safe production of goods in accordance with company standards and production targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Report any faults, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Keep accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and equipment setup when required.
• Ensure raw materials are loaded and products are unloaded correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical fields
•  3 years of experience in operating industrial machinery in a factory or manufacturing environment is an added asset.
• Proven ability to set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex machinery (e.g., CNC machines, injection melding equipment, high-speed packaging lines).
• Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, automation technologies, or SCADA systems is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), or other relevant industry regulations.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and machine manuals.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and manufacturing software systems (e.g., SAP, MES).

 Skills and Competencies:

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.

 Working Conditions:

• May involve shift work, including nights and weekends.
• Work in noisy, dusty, or high-temperature environments depending on the industry.
• Required to wear protective clothing and equipment (PPE).
